Prelude: This poem is inspired from some recent events. I noticed that the not soo flaggy mood of mine was after all not soo austere too. It had its own swings, its own likes and its own dislikes. Here are a few lines, mixed and discreet, natural but not soo smooth, after all, its just my mood! ;)Visions of a distance antiquated by age,
Words of wisdom, I sound like a sage
My thoughts are plenty, thick and dark,
My words are sparse, few and far apart
Its bouts of laughter, its periods of loneliness,
Its rounds of frenzy, its ages of sloth
It was a rock, unperturbed in its make,
Who knew it would wane, slowly by age
Aversion to change by this mercenary world,
Its aversive to flesh and flame of their mind's twirls
In it, a sense of comfort, a sense of success,
In it, a sense of hope will always pervade
There's a young heart's dream to have fun and enjoy,
Nice to hear this all, at my age!!!
Visions of a distance antiquated by age,
Words of wisdom, I sound like a sage!!!
